Jen Figurelli is a Partner at Ethekos Consulting Inc., where she leverages her extensive experience in education policy and advocacy to support Illinois school districts and cooperatives. Karli Ryan serves as Government Relations Director at Ethekos Consulting, where she is responsible for legislative communications, advocacy coordination, and policy strategy for the firm’s education-sector clients in Illinois. She manages both the billing and legislative communication functions for these clients, while also participating in policy meetings and building relationships with key stakeholders.
