Peg Agnos is a seasoned education policy expert and registered lobbyist with Ethekos Consulting Inc., where she represents key clients including the Legislative Education Network of DuPage (LEND), the South Cooperative Organization for Public Education (SCOPE), the Illinois High School District Organization (IHSDO), and the School Treasurer Association.

Prior to founding Ethekos, Peg dedicated more than 30 years to advancing public education through leadership in policy development, legislative advocacy, and government relations. At Ethekos, she provides strategic guidance to Illinois school districts and education cooperatives, helping them navigate complex state policies, proposed legislation, and regulatory frameworks.

With decades of experience and deep relationships across the education and policymaking communities, Peg serves as a trusted advisor and advocate committed to strengthening Illinois’ K–12 education system.

Jen Figurelli is a Partner at Ethekos Consulting Inc., where she applies her extensive expertise in education policy, legislative strategy, and advocacy to support Illinois school districts.  She brings a comprehensive background in legislative affairs, having served with The Roosevelt Group, managed Get Out The Vote campaigns, and volunteered with the Human Rights Campaign.

Through her leadership roles with the Legislative Education Network of DuPage (LEND), the South Cooperative Organization for Public Education (SCOPE), and the Illinois High School District Organization (IHSDO), Jen offers Ethekos clients strategic counsel on navigating state and local policy.

Her work is distinguished by a commitment to building productive relationships with policymakers and education leaders to advance initiatives that strengthen and sustain public education across Illinois.
